I can provide the best advice after I have examined your clock or other item in the workshop but clear emailed photographs are very useful for an initial assessment.
I aim to be in the workshop between 0830 and 1600 on Monday to Friday but I make house calls from time to time and the nature of the work makes it difficult to answer the telephone. If your call is answered by my machine, please leave a message, include in it your location, and if you are within my catchment I will return your call. I do not work during the weekend. My work is labour intensive and painstaking therefore I prefer that you make an appointment before calling at the workshop so that I may give you my full attention.
